Lifetime Trade Up Option
We are happy to accept your diamond solitaire ring, solitaire diamond earrings, solitaire diamond pendant, diamond trinity or diamond anniversary ring towards your next purchase price of an item twice the value (minimum trade in value of $1,000.00). However, if you wish to trade a center diamond for a larger stone using the same setting, this rule does not necessarily apply.
Layaway
Items may be put on layaway for up to six months with a minimum deposit of 10%. Monthly payments are required for merchandise that has been set aside on layaway. Layaways cancelled after 90 days and completed layaways are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for in store credit.
Special Orders
A special order constitutes any jewellery, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the clients request. Special orders and custom made items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All special orders require a inundatory 50% non-refundable deposit.
Refund
Unless otherwise specified your purchase may be refunded within 30 days or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date when accompanied with this guarantee. Refunds for cheque purchases will be refunded by cheque after fourteen days. The item to be returned must be unworn, accompanied by the original box and must have all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift and Reward Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Diamond Disclosure
Our diamonds have been selected in compliance with the United Nations conflict resolution platform from legitimate, non-conflict sources. We guarantee, based on personal knowledge and or/written guarantee provided by the supplier of our diamonds, that they are conflict-free and responsibly acquired.
White Gold Enhancement Disclaimer
Most white gold jewellery items are rhodium finished which gives a whiter color to the completed piece. The rhodium finish is not however, a permanent treatment and will wear away in time.
Colored Gemstone Disclaimer
In general, colored gemstones have been subjected to a stable and undetectable enhancement process unless otherwise specified. The gem and jewellery trade base prevailing market values on these universally practiced and accepted processes.
